What should be achieved?

The staff photos can be automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various sizes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the required steps on the display.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo.

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the different formats for the different target systems.
