The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on site.
This gives your staff the option to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many shapes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You can position a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also found, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in parallel in several forms.

How did the staff get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can enjoy the new images, employees can choose between three different ways to get their photo digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:
