What should be achieved?

The staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the opportunity to always identify themselves to 100% with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently adapted to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the personnel department, at the ID office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen, as with the passport photo machine.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. Personnel number, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved portrait with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can happen synchronously to a certain extent.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the company logo and/or the employee's name and position can be visible on the image.

How does the employee get the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the workforce to get their photo digitally.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the recorded photo will be sent directly to the employee's e-mail address.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code will appear on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can load their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
