The use of a photo box for employee photos

The field staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the chance to always identify 100% with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically optimized to the best format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo booth like they would at a photo booth and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary data, e.g. B. Employee identifier, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read immediately from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the photo.

After photographing the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the internal employee data record via the name of the picture. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.

As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place in different formats at the same time.

Logically, each file can also be "branded" using company logos and/or the name and position of the employee will be immediately included in the image.

How does the employee get their photo?

So that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not get hold of the new photos, there are three different ways for the sales representative to get his photo as a file.

1. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is then immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to download his original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN that the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the sales representative can copy his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

Other possible uses

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

• Recording of biometric passport photos and ID photos

The need for investment

The cost of purchasing a photobooth adapted in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and pays off for organizations with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the chance to test the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is taken over immediately.
