The solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.

The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which employees can save their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
