The field staff in your company get the opportunity to create and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not required on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to always identify themselves to 100% with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically optimized to the right format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in a number of shapes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, analogous to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. Personnel identifier, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data is simply read in from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal/external use of the employee portrait can also be displayed.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or several backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is identified, scaled to a specified size and placed at a defined point on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the internal employee data record via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place at the same time in different dimensions.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with company logos and/or the employee's name and position can also be visible on the image.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets the benefit of the new photos, there are three different ways for the sales representative to choose from to get his photo digitally as well.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code will appear on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then sent to the employee's email address.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the field service employee can use to copy his original recording and the various versions for the various target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is kept immediately.
