One possible solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, like at a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. Personnel number, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read immediately from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal/external use of the employee portrait can also be displayed.

After the employee portrait has been photographed, the background of the image can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a specified position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the picture is used to compare the portrait taken with the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different sizes at the same time.

Logically, each file can also be “personalized” using the company logo and/or the employee's name and position will be immediately visible on the image.

How does the employee get his picture?

To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not get hold of the new images, there are three different ways for the employee to receive their image as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download their original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photobooth provides its own WLAN, which the employee must dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery where the employee can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
