It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically cut to the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photobooth in a similar way to a passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as e.g. B. Personnel number, first name, family name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can simply be read in from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a confirmation option for internal/external assignments of the employee portrait can also be displayed.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place synchronously in several forms.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the company's logo and/or the employee's name and position can be included in the image.

How does the employee get the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can enjoy the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his photo digitally.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee must dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
