The use of a photo box for employee photos

A suggested solution

You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee identifier, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read immediately from the company ID card. The data collected in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee portrait has been photographed, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a defined point on the final image.

The recording is saved in the size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the recorded portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.

How does the employee get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to get his photo as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to copy his original photo and the various sizes for the different target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
3. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

Other uses
