   As proof of our campaign, you as the client will receive all of the videos in their original version as well as in the edited version immediately after the trade fair.
2. Provision of a 360 ° video system
   For larger shows (from 500 people) a second identical module is available through a cooperation partner at identical conditions. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the beginning of the recording to the display of the generated clip. The amount of time visitors will need to prepare and the amount of “shots” a guest will want is difficult to predict. On average, however, you can assume a throughput speed of approx. 2-3 minutes. The area required is approx. 4×4 m. Only a 230V power connection in the immediate vicinity is required.

   As an immediate on-site attraction, the films are shown in their finished form on a large 49″ 4k LCD television a few seconds after they have been shot.
4. GDPR compliant video download for guests
   Our unique gallery system ensures that each visitor only has access to his or her video or videos. For this, each guest on the platform receives a business card with a pre-printed random code. This code then fits exactly to this video.
5. The system operator
   Each event module is only as good as the person who takes care of it. Our system operator is responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of addressing the guests and serves as a source of ideas when a little "ingenuity" is needed at the 360° Booth.

   In addition to the GDPR-compliant online gallery, it is also possible to send e-mails on site using the operator's tablet. If you would like the video to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the body text for the e-mail and your intended signature.    With 4-6 high-performance RGB LED effect light bars on special stainless steel stands, there is always enough light for the recordings.
8. Integrated people guidance system
   The exclusive stainless steel columns also serve as a people guidance system (also with LED light band). Thus, a safe operation of the 360° SPINCAM is guaranteed even in the darkest ambient light.
9. Archiving the video data
   On request, we can save the data in an encrypted archive system for up to 12 months.
