Our proposed solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo booth in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The information collected in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.

After the employee portrait has been recorded, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.

The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can happen synchronously in some dimensions.

How did the staff get the photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, there are three different ways for employees to get their photo as a file.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobox provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
