You can place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photobooth in a similar way to a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as e.g. B. Personnel number, first name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read immediately from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then subsequently becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be set up with a release option for internal/external use of the recording.

After the employee portrait has been photographed, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the stored portrait and the internal employee data record via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place synchronously in various forms.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the workforce to choose from to also receive their photo as a file.

1. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery where the staff can load their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to copy their original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems.
