It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
This gives your teams the option of fully identifying themselves around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the best format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will stand in front of the photo booth in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.

Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or more background settings you specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed at a specified location on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the internal employee data set via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can happen in many sizes at the same time.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for field workers to receive their photos digitally.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photobox provides its own WLAN that the field service employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the sales representative can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to download his or her original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.
