It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional staff are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to always fully identify themselves with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several sizes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The information collected in this way will later become a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backrounds you specified. The head is also found for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can happen in different dimensions at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee are immediately shown on the picture.

How did the staff get the photo?

So that the CRM system or ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new images, there are three different ways for employees to receive their photos as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the Photo Box.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email address.

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:
