The solution

You place a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor, just like with the passport photo machine.

The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. Personnel number, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up in such a way that the data is simply read in from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be presented with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the recording.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a specified position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the internal employee data record via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can be done in different sizes at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” using the company logo and/or the employee's name and position will appear directly on the image.

How does the staff get their photo?

To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory is not the only one to benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to also receive their photo digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to copy their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery where employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
