The use of a photo box for employee photos

The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your employees the opportunity to fully identify themselves around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently optimized to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the required actions on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or different backgrounds that you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.

The photo is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the connection.

As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place in various forms at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be directly on the picture.

How does the staff get their photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new images, the field staff can choose between three different ways of receiving their image as a file.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo booth.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the sales representative can use to download his or her original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems.

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is retained.
