The solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be set up so that the data can simply be read in from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). How does the employee get his picture?
