Our proposed solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the cafeteria, at the ID office or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the photo booth, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee identifier, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the employee report can also be displayed.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or more of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the stored portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place in parallel in different dimensions.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can benefit from the new pictures, there are three different ways for the company employees to choose from to get their picture as a file.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code will appear on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo will be sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the company employees can use to copy their original photo and the various versions for the different target systems.
