You give your employees the option to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically cut to the right format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the cafeteria, at the ID office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, like at a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen and as an input terminal for the necessary information, e.g. B. Personnel number, first name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data is simply read in from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

After the photograph of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the file is used to compare the photograph taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the connection.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image can be output in many formats at the same time.
So you always have the right photo for
the CRM system, XING, WhatsApp & Co, Instagram, Outlook, Twitter
etc. lying ready.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” with logos and/or the employee's name and position will appear directly on the image.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can enjoy the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his photo digitally.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's email inbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download their original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can save their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

• Use at trade fairs to produce personalized “flyers”

• Photos of groups of visitors, for example after a tour of the company

The need for investment

The cost of purchasing a photobooth optimized in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and pays off for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
