One possible solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo booth in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can save his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the different target systems.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
