It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on the spot.
You give your teams the opportunity to identify themselves completely around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID. The information collected in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.

After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or more of the background settings you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.

The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can happen in many sizes at the same time.

etc. within easy reach.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee are immediately shown on the picture.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new recordings, the staff can choose between three different ways to get their picture digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download the original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.

In order to make the best possible use of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The price for purchasing a photo booth optimized in this way starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and is worthwhile for organizations with around 100 employees.
Of course there is also the possibility to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is taken over immediately.
