Our proposed solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees are allowed to sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the image.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra option.
The image output can take place in several dimensions at the same time.

How did the staff get the photo?

- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to copy down his or her original recording and the various versions for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is then sent to the employee's email address. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
