The staff photos can be automatically cut to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You can place a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees are allowed to stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the required steps on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.

The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.

How does the employee get his photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, the employee can choose between three different ways to get his photo digitally.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can copy down his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
