Our unique gallery system ensures that each user only has access to his film or videos. For this, each person at the 360° Booth receives a business card with a pre-printed random code. This code then fits exactly to this clip. - Archiving the video data
On request, we can save the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted offline archive system. - Copy of all clips for you as a customer
As proof of our work, you as a customer will receive all films in their original version as well as in the edited version immediately after the party.
In addition to the GDPR-compliant gallery, it is also possible to send an e-mail on site via the supervisor's iPad. If you would like the video to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the body text for the e-mail and your intended signature. For this option, a sufficiently fixed WLAN must be made available on site.- Provision of a 360 degree booth system
For large festivals (more than 500 participants), a second identical system is available through our partner at the same conditions. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the beginning of the recording to the viewing of the finished film. The time that participants need for preparation and the number of "shots" that a guest wants can hardly be predicted. However, you can expect an average throughput speed of approx. 2.5 minutes. The space requirement is approx. 4×4 meters. A 230V power connection is required in the immediate vicinity. - High quality 4-6 point LED lighting systems
With up to 6 strong RGB LED effect light bars on high-quality stainless steel tripods, there is always enough light for the videos. - Built-in people guidance system
The noble stainless steel columns also serve as a people guidance system (also with LED light strip). This ensures safe operation of the 360° SPINCAM even in dim ambient light. - Branding of the clips with intro / outro / overlay
