For large festivals (from 500 participants) a second identical system is available via a cooperation partner at the same prices. From the beginning of the recording to the display of the generated video it usually takes about 30 seconds. The phase that guests need to prepare and the number of “attempts” that a guest would like can only be predicted with difficulty. However, you can assume an average throughput speed of approx. 2-3 minutes. The area required is approx. 4 × 4 M. All that is needed is a 230V power connection in the immediate vicinity.
In addition to the GDPR-compliant online gallery, it can also be sent by e-mail on site using a supervisor's tray. If you would like the videos to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the body text for the e-mail and your intended signature. For this option, a sufficiently fast WLAN must be made available on site.- Archiving the video data
On request, we can archive the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted offline archive system.
