5. Provision of a 360 degree booth system
   For larger shows (from 500 people) another identical system is available from a partner at identical prices. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the start of the recording to the display of the produced film. The phase that visitors need to prepare and the number of "takes" that a user wants is difficult to predict. However, you can assume a throughput speed of approx. 2.5 minutes on average. The space requirement is approx. 4×4 meters. Only a 230V power connection in the immediate vicinity is required.
6. Copy of all clips for you as the client
   As proof of our activity, you as the client will receive all films in the original version as well as in the edited version directly after the trade fair.
7. Archiving the video data
   Upon request, we can archive the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted archive system.
8. 49 inch LCD display
   As a direct attraction on site, the clips are shown in their finished form on a large 49 inch 4k LCD television set a few seconds after they have been recorded.

   In addition to the GDPR-compliant gallery, it is also possible to send an e-mail on site via the operator's iPad. If you would like the video to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the content of the e-mail and your desired signature. For this option, a sufficiently fixed WLAN must be made available on site.
10. The system operator
    Every 360° Booth is only as good as the person who accompanies it. Our system operator is not only responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of addressing the participants and serves as a source of ideas when a little "ingenuity" is needed at the video booth.
