The solution

You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then subsequently an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more of the background settings you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The photo will be saved in a size and format that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the image is used to compare the photographed image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the connection.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

1. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email address.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can copy down his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.
