The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo booth perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, analogous to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. Employee ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way is then subsequently an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the recording.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the image can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the picture is used to compare the photograph taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place in different forms at the same time.
So you always have the perfect photo for
WhatsApp & Co, Outlook, the CRM system, LinkedIn, Facebook
etc. are available.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the help of the logo and/or the name and position of the employee can be immediately visible on the image.

How does the staff get their photo?

To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his photo as a file.

1. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed, which the employee can use to copy his original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

Other possible uses

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

• Creation of biometric passport photos and ID photos
• Use at trade fairs to create personalized "flyers"
• Use at employee parties (summer party, Christmas party ...}
• Photos of groups of visitors, for example after a presentation
• Employee photos (as explained above)

The need for investment

The price for purchasing a photo box perfected in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the chance to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is kept directly.
