What should be achieved?

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph their own employee photo and / or to bring it up to date at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not required on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically optimized to the optimum format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.

After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or more of your specified background. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the connection.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place at the same time in different dimensions.

How does the employee get their photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, the employee can choose between three different ways to get his photo digitally.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original image and the various versions for the various target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobox provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can upload his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
