What should be achieved?

The staff photos are automatically cut to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the required actions on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the employee get the picture?

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's inbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
