What should be achieved?
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph their own employee photo and/or update it at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra personnel on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their individual employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically optimized to the right format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and saved in different sizes and aspect ratios if desired.
Our proposed solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display, similar to the photo booth.
The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required data, e.g. B. Personnel number, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image can also be set up.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the image can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the picture is used to compare the picture taken and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the connection.
As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place in several formats at the same time.
So you always have the ideal photo for

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with logos and/or the employee's name and position will be immediately included in the image.

How does the staff get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can enjoy the new pictures, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to get his picture digitally as well.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the various formats for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's email address.

The cost frame

Of course, there is also the opportunity to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is bought directly.
