What should be achieved?

The staff photos can be automatically cut to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way will later become a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.

After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or more of your specified backrounds. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined point.

The image is saved in a size and format defined by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.

As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place simultaneously in different formats.

How does the employee get the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new pictures, the employee can choose between three different ways to get his photo digitally.

  1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
    The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
    At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
  2. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original image and the different sizes for the different target systems.
  3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
    In this case, the captured photo will be sent directly to the employee's inbox.
