What should be achieved?

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not required on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically cut to the best format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You can place a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

After the employee portrait has been recorded, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or many backgrounds that you have specified. The head is also found for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the recorded portrait and the internal employee data record via the name of the image. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
The image can be output in several formats at the same time.
So you always have the best possible photo for
XING, Outlook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp & Co, Instagram, Twitter, the CRM system
etc. within easy reach.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and / or the name and position of the employee can be directly on the picture.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory gets into possession of the new recordings, the employee can choose between three different ways of receiving his picture as a file.

1. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original recording as well as the various versions for the different target systems.

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The cost frame

The price for buying a photo booth optimized in this way starts at approx. 4,400 € plus VAT and pays off for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept directly.

Customer ratings

Since the system was introduced in 2019, two systems have been permanently installed in Germany and Zurich.
