The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company are given the option to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that no extra staff is needed on the spot.
You give your staff the option to identify themselves around the clock to 100% with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can be done in several sizes at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” by means of logos and / or the name and position of the employee can immediately appear on the picture.

How does the employee get their photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, the employee can choose between three different ways to get his photo digitally.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can load his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the system is taken over directly.
