The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You can place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way are then subsequently an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in parallel in several forms.

At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the captured photo is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.
