What should be achieved?

The employees in your company have the option of photographing and/or updating their own employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
This gives your employees the option to always fully identify themselves with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically optimized to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee portrait has been photographed, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head is also identified for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the picture is used to compare the portrait taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the connection.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra option.
The image output can take place in various forms at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with a company logo and/or the employee's name and position will be immediately included in the image.

How does the employee get the picture?

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code will appear on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed, which the employee can use to download his original image and the various sizes for the various target systems.

In order to get the most out of your purchase, you have the following options:
