What should be achieved?

You give your teams the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various formats and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read in directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The photo will be saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the saved portrait and the in-house employee data set via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can copy down his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various sizes for the different target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
