The mission goal
The employees in your company have the option to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically alternating locations (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves around the clock to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The employee data recorded in this way are then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can happen in many formats at the same time.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his photo as a file.

The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
