What should be achieved?

The employees in your company have the opportunity to take their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
This gives your workforce the option of fully identifying themselves around the clock with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the best possible format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in several formats and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.

After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

The photo will be saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place synchronously in various sizes.

Of course, every file can also be “branded” with company logos and / or the name and position of the employee can be directly on the picture.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, the employee has three different ways to choose to receive his photo digitally.

  1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
    The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's email address.
  2. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
  3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
    The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
    At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the Photo Box.

The cost frame

Of course, there is also the option to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
