Our proposed solution
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees are allowed to stand in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the required actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be displayed.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or many backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified location on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department define the connection.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different formats at the same time.

How does the photographed person get his picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory does not alone get the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture digitally.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can save his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.

At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the different target systems.
