The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to take their own employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes regularly (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department) and / or bring it up to date.
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your workforce the chance to always identify 100% with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the required actions on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be set up so that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID. The data recorded in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can be set up.

After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or various background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the picture taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
The image output can take place in different formats at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee are directly on the picture.

How did the staff get the photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, the employee can choose between three different ways of getting his picture digitally.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can load his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The investment for the purchase of a photo box adapted in this way starts at approx. 4,400 € plus VAT and pays off for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the possibility to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the photo box is bought directly.
