You give your workforce the chance to always identify 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the required actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be set up so that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID. The data recorded in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can be set up.
After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or various background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the picture taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
The image output can take place in different formats at the same time.

How did the staff get the photo?
