What should be achieved?
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the optimal format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read from the employee ID. The information collected in this way is then later an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the photographed photo and the in-house employee data set via the name of the picture. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the import interface.
As an extra option, a biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place in different dimensions at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be directly on the picture.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, the employee can choose between three different ways to get his photo digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original image and the different sizes for the various target systems.

Of course, there is also the option to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
