The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is done in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your staff the chance to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently optimized to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several formats and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You can place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can simply be read in from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.

After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or different backrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined point.

The image will be saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the in-house employee data record via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in parallel in different sizes.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with logos and / or the name and position of the employee will also appear on the picture.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new recordings, there are three different ways for the employee to get his photo as a file.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems.

Alternative uses

In order to make the most of the purchase, you have the following options:

Of course, there is also the opportunity to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
