The use of a photo box for employee photos

You give your teams the chance to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the required steps on the screen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.

How does the employee get his picture?

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photobox.
2. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the different formats for the different target systems.
