The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra personnel on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the required actions on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way are then later a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be set up.

After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can automatically be replaced with one or various backgrounds you have specified. In the same way, the head is found for every photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the connection.

As an extra option, a biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can be done synchronously in some formats.
So you always have the right photo for
XING, the CRM system, Outlook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp & Co
etc. at hand.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with company logos and / or the name and position of the employee can be directly on the picture.

How does the employee get his photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new recordings, the employee has three different ways to get his picture as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can copy down his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's inbox.

In order to make the best possible use of your investment, you have the following options:

The cost frame

The investment for the acquisition of such a perfected photo box starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and is worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the possibility to test the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is purchased directly.
