The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph their own employee photo and/or update it at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not required on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently adapted to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, as with the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is simply read in from the business card. The information collected in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be set up.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is analyzed, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a defined point on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and format defined by you (eg square for Active Directory). The file name is used to compare the photo taken with the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as options.
The image output can take place in different forms at the same time.
So you always have the perfect photo for
LinkedIn, XING, the CRM system, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp & Co
etc. at hand.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” using the company logo and/or the name and position of the employee can be directly visible on the image.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his photo digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is then sent to the employee's email inbox.

Other deployment options

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The investment for the purchase of such a perfected photo box starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the option to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is purchased immediately.
