What should be achieved?

The employees in your company are given the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra employees on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in certain dimensions and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photobooth in a similar way to the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. Employee ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data is read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be set up with a sharing option for internal/external use of the image.

After photographing the employee picture, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified location on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the internal employee data record via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional extension.
The image output can happen in different forms at the same time.
So you always have the right photo for
XING, Outlook, the CRM system, LinkedIn, Instagram
etc. lying ready.

Of course, each file can also be "branded" with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee can be visible on the image.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to get his photo as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery where the employee can copy his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.

Alternative deployment options

In order to make the most of your purchase, you have the following options:

The cost frame

The cost of purchasing such a perfected photo booth starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and is worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the opportunity to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is purchased directly.
