The staff photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be displayed.
Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.
