The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes on a regular basis (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional personnel on site.
You give your workforce the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically cut to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and saved in many formats and aspect ratios if desired.

One possible solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the photo booth, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How did the staff get the photo?

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the various versions for the different target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery where the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's e-mail inbox.
