The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves completely at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best possible format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees are allowed to stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the employee ID. The data recorded in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or more of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined position.
The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.

How does the employee get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new images, the employee can choose between three different ways to receive his photo as a file.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can load his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the various formats for the different target systems.
